Our client is one of the largest and most successful technical recruitment businesses in Europe. They recruit within a niche technology and specialist market, and their success has been gained over 30 years. Due to the consistent growth of the business, they are looking at further expansion and this individual can be based in either their Manchester or Leeds office. They have an opportunity for an experienced consultant to join their Leadership Practice division, focusing on recruiting director level candidates and senior level IT roles.
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking Senior Consultant/ Business Manager. As a very dynamic and expanding division of our client, they are looking for an energetic and professional individual. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing division and to really make a difference. You will be working on a developmental permanent desk specialising in placing permanent Leadership professionals into the IT market. This challenging role will involve:
· Developing new and existing specialist business opportunities.
· Growing your “untapped” client base.
· Winning and managing recruitment campaigns and where required offering search solutions.
· Managing and developing a diverse candidate portfolio.
· Creating a pipeline of quality professionals interested in moving within the highly lucrative market place.
The ideal candidate will be of a graduate calibre with previous IT recruitment experience. You will be accustomed to working in a target driven and time sensitive environment therefore you must be hungry to succeed. You must have a proven track record of recruiting senior IT roles and be capable of managing recruitment campaigns.
