Our client is a specialist recruitment business operating across a variety of sectors and they are currently seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants for their IT and Hospitality divisions.
They have a proven track record of providing a wide range of experienced IT and Hospitality staff across the UK. Their Hospitality division operates on a national, permanent basis with particular success in branded restaurants. Their IT division is national, both permanent and contract.
Successful candidates must have some Recruitment Industry experience within either the IT or Hospitality and Catering sectors. You may be frustrated with your daily KPIs, your commission scheme or perhaps the lack of motivation in your current environment. You may be looking for a first move in to specialist recruitment and be ready for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to work with some highly experienced recruitment professionals who will be able to help you develop your skills as a recruitment consultant.
You role will be that of a full 360 degree recruiter. You will be required to develop your own business, advertise vacancies and source candidates proactively, interview, undertake client visits where possible, negotiate offers and fees and make a valuable contribution to your team. This is genuinely a company that really does value and reward the contributions made by its employees. It is expansionist and plans to open further UK offices and this is something you could be a part of.
