Rec to Rec Jobs - Recruitment Consultant - Retail Specialist
Our client is very well established market leader in recruitment for Retailing, Brands, and Supply, and recruit for many of the major leading companies in the UK. Working in partnership with several of the UK's leading blue chip retailers, they provide an array of recruitment solutions from junior up to executive management throughout the UK and Ireland. Their attention to detail, service levels and relationship management have made them leaders in their field. They operate across a variety of retail sectors, from Fashion multiples to Department, Superstores and Head Office.
They have re-launched their Manchester city centre operation and are now looking to add to their experienced team by hiring another experienced Recruiter. You will need a few years Recruitment Industry experience and your areas of expertise could be Retail (Operations, Head Office, Management, Fashion),
e-Commerce, FMCG, IT Contracts or general. With a main focus on Perms, (except for IT), you will also be able to undertake some temporary business too and you are likely to be working with salary ranges from £20k to £70k. Working in a team environment but with responsibility for your own desk, essential qualities you must possess are professionalism, credibility in the market place, sound judgement skills, exceptional client liaison skills (as you will meet your clients in person) and a positive approach to new business development. A talent for servicing existing clients in a professional manner is also vitally important.
In this role, you will be supported and afforded lots of autonomy and you will not be heavily KPI monitored. However, you will be expected to be able to self manage and have substantial successful business development experience. It is of paramount importance that you are quality driven and service orientated and have that you have a broad depth of recruitment experience, whilst still maintaining a stable employment history and excellent billings. You must be experienced recruiting within one of the recruitment sectors above. You will also be working within an established office team that offers a depth of experience and expertise in their own specialised areas.
