Do you have some retained experience from within the Recruitment Industry? Is your knowledge from Professional Services within Industrial Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Energy or Aerospace? Our client is a bespoke Executive Search Headhunting practice in Cheshire with a unique approach. They supply Executive and Senior Managers to worldwide Blue Chip companies within Energy (from Finance through to Exploration), Transportation, Construction and Telecommunications. With offices throughout Europe and the US, they are a truly international business and are now poised for further growth.
Interacting with a wide range of high-level decision–makers, you will influence and sell the company services to key major account segments and achieve defined sales; you will successfully research and prospect companies and schedule face-to-face presentations with high level decision makers and influencers; identify customer needs and develop a value added proposition as well as generating complex proposal and pricing development; build a sales pipeline to generate revenue; develop a strong social network in professional organizations that focus on the ‘end user/buyer’; identify suitable market leading candidates within the best target companies; negotiate with candidate and employer for salary and benefits; develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients and candidates to maintain and develop.
Whilst it is desirable that you have some previous relevant Recruitment Industry experience, we will also consider applicants who have strong direct sales experience who have sold in to the type of organisations listed above (you may have sold a product or service). It will also be highly advantageous if you speak an additional European language. Either way, you must be self-motivated and show initiative; be an enthusiastic communicator who emanates professionalism; be articulate with a confident telephone manner; be analytical with a good grasp of commercial awareness; have proven Business to Business sales experience within blue chip companies; possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the proven ability to establish senior level relationships and demonstrate a track record of success and a winning attitude and desire to succeed.
