We offer our candidates out-of-hours competency-based interviews which means that we can attract dedicated, successful candidates with a strong work ethic. This also gives the opportunity to understand the individual in a stress-free environment away from time pressure and thereby uncover a more in-depth understanding of that person.

We meet with all of our clients and endeavour to meet all of our candidates face-to-face because research has shown that the total impact of overall communication breaks down to: 7% verbal (words), 38% vocal (volume, pitch, rhythm, etc), 55% body movements (mostly facial expressions) *. Time is taken to gain a thorough knowledge of the aims and aspirations of both candidates and clients.
